VTech Fast Charge, Refrigerant Cylinder Filling System

VTech Fast Charge Refrigerant Cylinder Filling Systems transfer refrigerant from bulk storage such as ISO tanks, 1/2 ton or 1 ton drums to commercial retail cylinders typically 25 to 100 lbs or larger. Depending on the scope of the project,  VTech can supply individual filling equipment or turn-key projects including:

Gas Recovery is a key process to ensure Zero-Gas-Release of flammable gas upon disconnection, as well as during gas change-overs when the refrigerant lines must be emptied. Considering the high cost of today’s refrigerants such as A2L, an efficient gas recovery equipment ensures faster pay-back on the investment.

VTech Fast Charge can fill multiple cylinders concurrently, performing evacuation, vacuum decay leak test, gas filling and recovery. The control station and user software makes it easy and safe; certified scales automatically select the correct amount of the charge based on tare weight of the cylinder, so accidental overcharges are prevented.

Each system is specified according to the end user’s requirements.
